An attitude of gratitude can carry you miles during stressful times. I know things are tough for many right now and want to encourage you to take care of yourselves. Be sure to eat well – lots of living and green foods so your brain and emotions won’t get soggy or foggy J. Get some fresh air – go for walks. Also, probably the 1st vitamins your body will become depleted in during stressful times will be the B’s. Please be sure to take a food based – quality B complex!
